Fred Stauss is the designated broker of Stauss & Bush LLC. For over 20 years he has been a broker serving South Seattle. He is committed to providing knowledgeable personalized service throughout greater Seattle with an emphasis on Beacon Hill.
In 1981, Fred Stauss and Peter Bush began the revitalization of the dormant Beacon Realty to provide personalized service to the neighborhood. After successfully growing the business for eleven years, in 1993 they opened the doors to their own office, Stauss and Bush. In 1998, Fred took over total ownership of the company and has continued with the same philosophy of providing knowledgeable personalized service. In 2002, we decided to formally grow the company and became Stauss & Bush LLC.
